The Empire Business Centres opened up to its first client in 2013. A part of Empire Industries Ltd., the first centre came up in Lower Parel within the sprawling 3 lac sq. ft Empire Complex.
Following the successful take-up of its private offices, co-working spaces and shared office space facilities provided and the growing demand for high-quality but affordable office spaces on rent, TEBC expanded further with customized offices at Lower Parel and then into Navi Mumbai with its second centre in the busy IT district in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
